Frequently asked questions
Will my clients be notified?+
No. Importing never sends anything. Messages only go out when you tap Send.
Can I keep using my old tool during the switch?+
Yes. Many members run both for a week and then move fully.
What if my numbers are in different formats?+
We normalise them: leading zeros, +country, spaces, dashes. Invalid numbers are skipped and counted.
